Check in will be from 1-3 on Sunday, July 21 at Oakes college. Please reference our interactive map for the location or Download PDF.
HiPACC has reserved housing from Sunday, July 21 until Saturday August 10. Checkout on August 10 is 1 p.m. If you will need to extend your stay, either before or after those dates, you may choose to pay for the additional nights. The charge will be $38.45 per night and you should contact Sue Grasso at hipacc@ucsc.edu as soon as possible to make those arrangements.

Transportation on Campus
Bus shuttles loop around campus about 3 times per hour in each direction. City buses also loop through the campus and then go into town.
General Conference Information:
Parking
Participants who wish to rent a vehicle or drive their own vehicle to campus will need a parking permit. Parking on the UCSC campus is regulated 24-hours, 7 days a week and all vehicles parked on the campus are required to have a parking permit. Commuters may purchase a parking permit as part of registration.

Express Store at the Bay Tree Bookstore: 7:30-5:30 Monday - Friday

Recreation Facilities
